How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation with track & trace.

What does pre-order mean?

Some items are offered as pre-orders. This means that the piece is produced especially for you.

The delivery time for pre-orders can be up to a maximum of 6 weeks. This allows us to produce with care and attention, without compromising on quality.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, JURNEEY ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout.

Do I have to pay import duties or customs fees?

For orders outside the EU, import duties or customs fees may apply. These costs are determined by the country of destination and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Yes, that is possible as long as the desired item is available. Please contact our customer service for this.

Are shipping costs refunded upon return?

The original shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

How do I register a return?

Send an email to contact@jurneey.com with your order number and reason for return. You will then receive further instructions.

Which size should I choose?

Our items are designed with a modern, comfortable fit. When an item is One Size, it usually fits sizes XS to L.

How do I best care for my garment?

We advise you to always follow the care label inside the garment. Many of our items are made from high-quality materials and deserve careful handling.

Are your items limited?

Yes. We work with small drops to ensure exclusivity and quality. This means that an item may not be reproduced once it is sold out.

Why do you work with small drops instead of seasonal collections?

At JURNEEY, we believe in quality over quantity. By working in small drops, we maintain creative freedom and can develop each piece with care.

When will a sold-out item return?

Some bestsellers return in a new drop, but this is not guaranteed.

Where is JURNEEY produced?

Our pieces are produced with care and attention to craftsmanship, in collaboration with specialized ateliers.
